1. Commissions are for your personal use only. You cannot use commissioned work for profit. Please contact me for commercial use.

2. No AI. You do not have permission to enter any received artwork into AI generators, No exceptions.

3. Listed prices are a Base Price. Any additional characters, details, quantities, complexities or backgrounds will incur extra fees. I’m human, this stuff takes time.

4. I maintain the right to decline commissions for any reason.

5. Please allow time for commissions to be completed. If you need it more urgently, please supply a date and I will do my best to reach it. This may also incur a rush fee. I maintain the right to decline if the date is unreasonable.

6. You may ask for updates! But please allow a three month (3) window for commissions to be completed unless otherwise stated.

7. You may repost/share art but please give credit!

8. Please provide as many references as you can! If you do not have references, process might take longer.

9. Rude behavior will not be tolerated and will result in a cancellation of your order with NO REFUND GIVEN.

PAYMENT

1. Payment will be through PayPal only at this point in time. You will receive a PayPal link with your invoice directly from my email upon acceptance of your request.

2. For FANART ONLY: If you cannot afford the full price of a fanart based piece, I offer the alternative of a half price commission, but I maintain the rights to sell the artwork on my website or in person.

3. A payment of  at least 50% of the asked price must be paid before any work is started. Artwork will not be delivered until full payment is made.

4. I do not offer refunds. If you have to cancel your commission for whatever reason, or if I have terminated the request due to breach of ToS, I will not grant refunds. The only outstanding case to this is if there is a reason I cannot comply with your request.

PROCESS

1. Once your commission has been approved and paid for (minimum 50%) I will send you layout and sketch updates to confirm direction and make revisions. You will have plenty of chances to do this before artwork is completed. If you fail to respond to proof emails, your artwork will be put on hold and canceled after two (2) months.

2. I can make revisions on final art up to three (3) times. Any further adjustments outside of this will incur a fee. You can make as many adjustments as you like during the proof phase. A reminder to this will be issued once sketches/layout have been approved by you.

3. On completion and full payment, you will receive a digital version of your art in .PNG or .PDF form (For printing). Should you require a physical version, please let me know as this will incur additional printing and shipping costs to you (AU ONLY).
   

By submitting a commission request, You agree that you have properly read, understand and agree to the terms listed above. A copy will be sent with your invoice.
